Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Clients may request to cancel their astrology consultation appointment by contacting Rashi Darshan through the provided communication channels or by logging into their account on the website.
1.2. Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
1.3. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund, but the client can reschedule the appointment for a later date and time, subject to availability.
1.4. Rashi Darshan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or a new appointment slot.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. Refund requests for eligible cancelled consultations will be processed within 3 business days from the date of the cancellation request. 2.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. 2.3. Any technical issues arising from the client's side will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. 2.4. No refunds will be issued once the consultation has been conducted unless there are exceptional circumstances and both parties agree on a refund.
2.5. No Refunds if Remedy is Unsuccessful: We strive to address and resolve any issues or concerns you may have with our products/services. However, in the event that our attempted remedy does not achieve the desired outcome, refunds will not be issued. We are committed to making every reasonable effort to rectify the situation, but the success of the remedy cannot be guaranteed, and the absence of a successful resolution does not entitle the customer to a refund.
2.6. Astrological insights are unique to each individual and are based on personal interpretations. As such, refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with the personal nature of the astrological advice or predictions.
2.7. While we strive to provide accurate and insightful astrological readings, we do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions. Therefore, refunds will not be given if the customer is dissatisfied with the outcome or if predictions do not align with their expectations.
2.8. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process to enhance the accuracy of the astrological insights. Refunds will not be provided due to inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Exceptions and Client Responsibilities:
3.1. In cases where the astrologer from Rashi Darshan is unable to fulfill the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or technical issues, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment.
3.2. No-shows or missed appointments by the client will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3. The appointment slot provided to the client will be reserved until the scheduled booking time. After that, the client will not be entertained. If the client attempts to reconnect after their appointment time has passed, they will be treated as a separate client and will need to book a new appointment slot.

5. Policy Changes:

By booking an astrology consultation with Rashi Darshan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Dispute Resolution: In the event that any dispute or disagreement arises between the client and Rashi Darshan regarding the astrology consultation services or any related matters, both parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved in the court of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Ganganagar for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
